What products you can return to us?

We will happy to serve you with all the happiness. Accessories, customized stitched products like suits and blouses are non-returnable products. 

Return Policy for purchase made during sale season

We will accept only those returns and exchanges if there is any manufacturing defect from bertclothing. Customized Wear,  are non-returnable products. 

Who will pay for the Return Dispatch?

Do not take any stress over it. If the product has a manufacturing defect from bertclothing, then we will bear all the costs of shipping and returning the product.

If the product is returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, not interested terms, then users must fulfill the payment of return and exchange of the products.

Refunds on the canceled orders

Bertclothing will happily exchange the products if there is an issue with it, or you will get store credits in order to make a purchase in the near future. There is no refund on the canceled products in cash or any other online mode of payment.

How to Claim a return from Bertclothing?

Exchange on any product with manufacturing defect

Users can make an exchange request on the manufacturing of defective products. It is important to intimate Bertclothing within the time span of 24-48 hours about the defective piece. Users must contact us at BERTCLOTHING@GMAIL.COM to make an exchange request online.
